Job Description

• Oversee and optimize MES implementation to enhance production and engineering processes.
• Troubleshoot and analyze MES-related issues, developing solutions in collaboration with IT and team.
• Establish best practices for MES usage and prepare system-related reports.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for MES updates and new features.
• Provide training and support for MES users in production and engineering teams.
• Work closely with IT and vendors to align MES configurations with business needs.
• Participate in corporate-driven software and digital transformation projects.
• Represent the process engineering department in corporate-driven software projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MES, manufacturing systems, or industrial automation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and how MES supports efficiency and quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with databases SQL, PowerApps, or process automation tools is a plus.
