About the role
The Manufacturing S&P (Systems & Processes) team is the backbone of the organisation's manufacturing excellence, innovation, and transformation. The team is structured to focus on four key pillars:
- Manufacturing Excellence: Plant maintenance, production scheduling, product costing, labour efficiency, and system standardisation. Focus on ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality production processes.
- Manufacturing Innovation: Driving new product introduction (NPI) systems and process development. Manage master data validation and ensure robust process designs for new manufacturing technologies.
- Smart Manufacturing: Integration of advanced solutions like equipment connectivity, order fulfilment, and automation process optimisation. Transitioning to smart processes like paperless systems, predictive maintenance, and MES/ERP integration.
- System & Process Architect: Overarching responsibility for strategic planning, governance, and alignment of manufacturing systems. Driving system and process design and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The team works collaboratively to achieve a unified goal: enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and enabling digital and automated solutions across all Asian manufacturing sites.
