Job summary

Mentis Group in Malaysia seeks a quality-focused professional to own and drive quality metrics across the production area, coordinating with supervisors, product teams and CQEs to prevent issues and improve processes.

You will track data, run in-process audits, lead floor walks, and report on quality performance, while supporting documentation updates and cross-functional manufacturing support. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills and data-driven decision making are required.
• Solid process knowledge relevant to the assigned area and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Quality ownership and tracking of metrics within the production area.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers and CQEs to investigate defects and drive corrective actions.
• Perform in-process audits, inspections, and floor walks to verify compliance and data collection.
• Prepare monthly quality updates and share quality performance on production boards.
• Coordinate documentation updates and support product transfers and approvals.
• Provide manufacturing floor support and assist in training on quality concerns.
