This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, extensive experience in quality management, and proficiency in industry standards like ISO and Six Sigma. Monitor the implementation of factory management system (FMS) in Manufacturing Partners.
Process Sign Off (PSO), Production line audit confirmation.
Drive solutions for manufacturing-related issues.
Follow up on CAR & 8D reports.
Monitor FPY & ECO implementation in Manufacturing Partners.
Coordinate Manufacturing Partners to perform regular verification tests to ensure production quality.
Implement and optimize IQC/QOC/OBA processes in Manufacturing Partners.
Lead or participate in all Manufacturing Partners audits.
Drive continuous improvement action plans for FPY and factory maturity.
The Person
Experience in electronic products manufacturing is preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality management within electronic consumer products.
Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, SA8000, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Critical thinking skills.
Organized and structured work approach.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering; formal training in Quality Systems is a plus.
Familiar with 7 QC tools and failure analysis tools like FMEA.
