• 15+ years of experience in operations, process engineering, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership or managerial role leading operation teams across functions.
• Proven experience in process optimization, performance improvement and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct cross-functional operational teams to streamline processes, elevate product quality, maximize yield, and drive efficiency.
• Design and implement process monitoring frameworks and KPIs for proactive risk management and continuous improvement.
• Spearhead integration of new processes and systems into operations to meet product quality standards and delivery commitments.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to strengthen process capability, minimize variation and maintain high operational excellence.
