YAGEO NEXENSOS MALAYSIA SDN BHD. is hiring for an assembly production role in Kulai, Johor. The candidate will operate and monitor production lines, maintain clean working areas, and document process data while following Work Instructions and TPM/5S practices.

Minimum 3 years in manufacturing with good English communication and basic PC/MS Office skills are required. Candidates must be willing to rotate shifts and work as part of a collaborative team within a global electronics components group

Formación

• Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in assembly production or manufacturing.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English, with basic knowledge of PC and MS Office applications.
• Good technical understanding, strong practical skills and good eyesight.
• Quick to learn, able to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
• A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production processes, identify abnormalities and promptly report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organized working environment.
• Record and document manufacturing and process data accurately.
• Report any process or product quality issues to the supervisor.
• Immediately inform the supervisor when process limits or acceptable error levels are exceeded.
• Dispose of scrap materials in the designated scrap bins.
• Perform manufacturing activities in accordance with Work Instructions (WI) and established procedures.
• Operate production equipment and machinery according to production and operating instructions.
• Actively participate in team discussions and Team Dialogue activities.
• Promptly report machine breakdowns or process malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Complete the traffic light card or machine release form when machine malfunctions occur, and support the equipment release process after rectification.
• Complete and maintain maintenance and 5S checklists accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance, machine setup and equipment cleaning according to established procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency, productivity and product quality.
• Support efforts to minimize scrap and reduce production waste.
• Participate actively in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S activities.
• Apply improvement ideas from PDCA cards and the company's idea management system in daily work.
• Comply with all applicable occupational safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations.
• Follow established procedures to ensure the security of precious metals.
• Adhere to quality and environmental management systems, as well as Lean and 5S practices.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the job description and employment contract.
