As a Manufacturing Finance Manager you will oversee the financial performance of PureCircle by Ingredion’s manufacturing operations based in Bandar Enstek. This role is responsible for driving financial strategy, cost control, and performance analysis for the plant and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and operational efficiency.

What you will do:

Cost Management:

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (materials, labor, maintenance, overhead).
• Monitor operational activities causing financial leakages and recommend remediations.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Net Structural Savings analytics

Business Partnering:

• Partner with plant managers and operations teams to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Assist with investment appraisals, capital expenditure evaluations, and ROI analysis.
• Serve as a finance liaison in cross-functional initiatives, such as new product introductions, process changes, and production planning.

Controls & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial data.
• Maintain and enhance financial policies and procedures specific to manufacturing operations.
• Ensuring stock count accuracy

Systems & Process Improvement:

• Champion the use of ERP systems and manufacturing finance tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and automation.
• Lead initiatives to streamline financial data collection and reporting from production and supply chain systems.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with supply chain and warehouse teams.
• Provide financial oversight on stock obsolescence, slow-moving items, and inventory valuation.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital efficiency.
• Monitor capital expenditure per budget and collaborate with engineering team.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum [5-8] years of experience in finance, with at least [3+] years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, variance analysis, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
