The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or an equivalent qualification, along with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. This full-time role requires close collaboration with shopfloor teams and effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders. The position is onsite, focusing on ensuring efficient operations within the production lines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in process equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master maintenance plan and perform predictive maintenance.
• Attend to machine failures and ensure restoration of production.
• Negotiate with contractors for parts and services.
• Implement and promote maintenance procedures.
• Manage stock of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers for process improvements.
