Nestlé Chembong Factory is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to guard and drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimise processes, cut costs, and maintain Nestlé Quality Standards. The role requires a chemical/industrial engineering background and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

You will lead focused improvement projects, develop dashboards, and coordinate CI activities across the factory to enhance Total Delivered Cost competitiveness while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor implementation of process improvement initiatives within the factory.
• Conduct focused improvement projects.
• Implement continuous improvement tools and coordinate CI team activities.
• Identify unexploited improvement potentials and influence peers to drive actions.
• Ensure adherence to corporate and factory standards and track savings.
• Set SMART targets for factory KPIs with the Factory Manager.
• Provide technical support and analysis using industrial performance tools.
• Challenge and optimize production and distribution processes.
