Manufacturing Equipment Engineer 1

Job Description

1. Provide PCBA manufacturing equipment engineering support.
2. Lead project improvement on Lean manufacturing/OEE/Operation efficiency.
3. Setup Work Instruction, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Preventive Maintenance and Training related to SMT equipment operation.
4. Work with external suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
5. Continuous equipment and manufacturing operation process improvement.
6. Provide technical support to value stream team in order to achieve business and quality indices.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
2. Working experience in SMT Chip placement equipment or PCB assembly manufacturing would be an added advantage.
3. Well-versed with statistical tools, IOT, Industry 4.0.
