About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our FATP and process engineering functions. This role involves overseeing a multi-disciplinary engineering team, driving end-to-end technical project management, and ensuring robust manufacturing solutions that align with business goals and customer requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage FATP and process engineering projects, ensuring integration across technical disciplines and timely achievement of goals
• Supervise and guide a team of engineers across Test, Manufacturing, Automation, and Industrial Engineering
• Establish and enforce engineering policies, standards, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, IT, and Management on project specifications and execution strategies
• Develop long- and short-term plans, setting priorities and schedules for engineering activities
• Manage manpower planning aligned with project timelines and business demands
• Drive product cost management and contribute to new product costing models
• Identify and implement improvements to production lines that support business growth and market expansion
• Ensure full compliance with company quality systems (e.g., ISO9000) and customer-specific standards

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the EMS (PCBA) industry
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional technical projects
• Strong background in FATP, process development, automation, and cost engineering
• Knowledge of ISO standards and customer-driven quality requirements
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
