Job summary
Top Glove, the world’s largest glove manufacturer, is seeking an Engineer, Manufacturing based in Vietnam to drive production quality and efficiency. You will monitor output targets, analyze data with supervisors and chemists, and coordinate resolution of manufacturing problems to keep lines running smoothly.
We require a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Environmental Engineering from a reputable university, good command of English, and a results-oriented
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Environmental Engineering or related.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Results oriented with strong follow up and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
- Fresh candidates are also acceptable (in-house training provided).
Responsibilities
- Take care of glove quality and ensure glove output targets are achieved.
- Monitor manufacturing costs.
- Provide technical knowledge to supervisors from time to time.
- Coordinate with chemist, engineer and supervisors regarding production problems.
- Assist Production/Manufacturing/General Manager in data analysis, trouble shooting and workers management.
- Report major quality issues and discuss better alternatives.
