Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Certifications in Maintenance or Machine Reliability preferred (e.g., TPM, CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Machine Stability & Maintenance: support front of line machinery, develop PM standards, coordinate repairs.
• Production & New Product Support: assist in production plans, setup and relocate machines.
• Cost & Investment Management: drive cost reduction, support capacity expansion budgeting.
• Training & Communication: mentor peers, improve cross-department communication, learn new tech.
• Safety & Compliance: follow SOPs, ensure environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Management Systems & Documentation: maintain 5S/3Tei, update docs, implement ISO/IATF standards.
