- Strong foundational knowledge of manufacturing operations, mechanical or experience in project management.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D modeling and simulation tools (specify preferred software) or relevant project management and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager, the candidate is expected to:
- Perform DfX reviews and ensure designs meet manufacturability and reliability standards.
- Develop prototypes and conduct performance testing and failure analysis.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and timely project execution.
- Create and maintain detailed engineering, project, and process documentation.
- Deliver manufacturing outputs and/or project milestones aligned with schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Drive project planning, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Demonstrate flexibility in taking on diverse engineering and project management tasks as required by project scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, or project management.
- Strong understanding of automation systems is an advantage.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, product introductions, manufacturing transfers, or production ramp activities is highly desirable.
