As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be responsible for...

• Analyzing and improving all existing equipment, processes, and designs as required
• Creating manufacturing documentation to support existing processes and equipment in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements
• Training the engineering technicians and other manufacturing personnel on the production floor on new processes or equipment.
• Designing and implementing processes, equipment, and documentation for all new projects
• Designing small fixtures and tooling
• Participating in cost reduction and cost of quality programs
• Assisting maintenance in troubleshooting and repair of equipment
• Assisting Design Engineering with prototyping of new or modified products
• Supporting production and development of new products through independent review, root cause analysis, corrective action, discrepancy handling, and defect prevention
• Conducting process capability studies, design experiments, conduct studies and analyze to ensure products meet requirements.
