Salary Range: 3,360 MYR ~ 6,360 MYR

Job Description

1. Maintain & troubleshoot technical problems on the production line.
2. Improve production efficiency by planning and analyzing process performance, workflow, capacity, space requirements, and equipment layout.
3. Handle and follow up on product ECN/DN.
4. Manage products from other sites to Malaysia, including detailed parts drawing, assembly drawing, and Bill of Materials preparation.
5. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors or management.
6. Train and supervise production operators to achieve targets.
7. Ensure all production activities comply with ISO standards and regulations.
8. Maintain good housekeeping, safety, and hygiene practices.
9. Ensure sufficient stock of spare parts for smooth operation and meeting customer delivery schedules.
10. Oversee capacity, productivity, and quality control of production line products.
11. Evaluate processes through research, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, and coordinate with vendors.
12. Plan manpower efficiently to optimize labor productivity.
13. Monitor and ensure smooth production processes.

1. Stop machines when quality issues arise.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in related field; equipment, production, or manufacturing background preferred (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Other: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to work under pressure, familiar with CAD software, and possess qualities such as responsibility, reliability, creativity, leadership, and teamwork.
