Job summary

A leading company in manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production efficiency and ensure quality standards are met. This position requires a degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in milling or CNC technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, proactive problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in quality control processes. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in milling/grinding/CNC grinding workshop.
  • Familiarity with quality control systems, ISO, SPC, root cause analysis, FMEA.
  • Experience in milling/grinding/CNC technologies is an advantage.

Responsible for improving stamping and plating production efficiency and optimizing processes.

Evaluate quality control processes, ensure tool readiness, and make recommendations for improvements to ensure products meet quality standards.

Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; review production schedules; and estimate future requirements.

Maintain equipment in operational condition by coordinating with Maintenance; follow equipment standards/procedures; and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Monitor RPA tool life, support the preparation of SRA tools (Remold Mask and Top Press), and assist production in resolving tooling-related issues.

Use CAD software for simulating machine components.

Drive yield improvement, investigate root causes of production issues related to product defects, equipment malfunctions, or process inefficiencies.

Handle documentation of manufacturing processes (FMEA, CP, WI, SOP, etc.), including technical reports and process specifications.

Handle customer complaints and participate in customer audits.

Requirements :

Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in milling/grinding/CNC grinding workshop.

Substantial experience in milling/grinding/CNC grinding technologies is an advantage.

Familiarity with quality control systems and analysis tools (ISO, SPC, root cause analysis, FMEA).

Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills; willing to learn in a manufacturing environment.

Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
