• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM2,800 - RM3,500 per month

• Oversee and manage engineering related matters in production

• Manage production costs

• Track project development and ensure timely deliverables

• Act as the technical lead and liaise between Product and Design, Marketing and Purchasing

• Manage to map and restructure entire factory layout in order to reduce cost, eliminate waste and improve capacity

.• Study and propose to management process improvement in the plant

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or other relevant studies

• Minimum 2 years experience in related field [Furniture Manufacturing]

• Experience in developing, testing and commissioning new machines and tooling will be an added advantage

Based in Bukit Pasir, Muar, Johor.
