Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant working experience in Automation Machine Design, Design for Manufacturing, or related areas.
• 3–5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; professional demeanor.
• Solid proficiency in SolidWorks and general computer literacy.
• Extensive cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize changing workload.
• Willingness to conduct regular project meetings and track changes.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical elements for tooling and equipment using CAD (SolidWorks).
• Provide mechanical design support to internal customers in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure product quality and process reliability through project qualifications.
• Understand project costing and margin requirements with applications engineering.
• Develop clear, measurable success requirements and manage detailed project schedules.
• Lead project meetings and oversee machine/equipment/tooling design and status.
