Job summary

ManpowerGroup Malaysia is recruiting for manufacturing roles in Shah Alam to assemble and test product components within a cleanroom environment. You will follow work orders, SOPs, and engineering drawings, wearing full PPE to ensure quality and safety throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing repetitive assembly tasks, verifying parts, and maintaining accurate production records while adhering to EHS standards. Training provided and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Attention to detail to identify product defects and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and/or repair product assemblies and components by following work orders, engineering drawings, SOPs, and verbal instructions.
• Perform manufacturing processes such as bending, tacking, welding, tweaking, leak testing, and component assembly per specifications.
• Operate production equipment and test fixtures safely and effectively.
• Verify incoming parts and materials and inspect for defects before assembly.
• Record production data and complete required manufacturing documentation.
• Maintain cleanroom compliance through routine cleaning and PPE adherence.
• Follow EHS requirements by using PPE and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S activities as directed by the supervisor.

• Operate production equipment, test fixtures, electronic measuring instruments, and leak detection equipment safely and effectively.

• Verify incoming parts and materials to ensure completeness and inspect for defects before assembly.

• Record production data accurately and complete all required manufacturing documentation.

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and workstations to maintain cleanroom compliance.

• Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning procedures, contamination control practices, and material handling requirements.

• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements by using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S activities, and other production-related assignments as directed by the supervisor.
