About the role

We are seeking a talented Manicurist & Nail Artist to join our team at the Brotherhood Beauty hub in Danga Bay, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality manicure and nail art services to our valued clients, contributing to the overall success and growth of our premier beauty salon.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look and nail care needs
• Performing a range of manicure services, including hand and nail treatments, nail shaping, polishing, and French manicures
• Designing and executing intricate and creative nail art designs using the latest techniques and trends
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation to provide an exceptional client experience
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards of service
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Actively participating in team meetings and training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a professional Manicurist or Nail Artist
• A strong portfolio of previous nail art designs and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Proficiency in the use of nail care tools and equipment
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide exceptional client service
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
