Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Language lessons that cater to the learning needs and abilities of Primary and Secondary students.




• Develop creative and relevant teaching materials and resources in accordance with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.




• Assess students' academic performance, track their progress, and provide appropriate support to enhance their learning outcomes.




• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, learning activities, worksheets, assessments, quizzes, and examination materials.




• Establish a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation.




• Provide guidance and mentorship to students to support their academic progress, personal growth, and overall development.




• Maintain effective and professional communication with parents, students, and school management regarding students' academic progress and well-being.




• Participate in school activities, staff meetings, professional development programmes, and co-curricular activities as required.




• Promote and maintain high standards of student safety, discipline, behaviour, and welfare throughout the school day.

Requirements
