Mandarin Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. The key responsibilities include:

1. Attracting suitable candidates and conducting interviews in Mandarin (English and Mandarin proficiency is a MUST; Cantonese is an advantage).
2. Researching and networking to identify potential candidates through various channels such as databases, job portals, and social media.
3. Performing market research, market mapping, and focused headhunting in specific talent pools.
4. Evaluating resumes and applications, and conducting pre-interview screenings.
5. Developing strong professional relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
6. Innovating recruitment methods to attract potential talents and recognizing clients' hiring needs.
7. Negotiating contracts to create business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Self-motivated, team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
