About the role

Eduwis BU8, Bandar Utama, an established early childhood education provider, is seeking a talented and passionate Class Teacher and Mandarin Teacher to join our dedicated team in Bandar Utama, Selangor. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early childhood educator to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that foster the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of young children

Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement a stimulating curriculum that aligns with the school's educational philosophy and national standards

Provide a nurturing, supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and a love of learning

Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share progress, address concerns and collaborate on the child's holistic development

Administer assessments, maintain accurate student records and contribute to the school's continuous improvement processes

Teach Mandarin as a second language, fostering an appreciation for diverse cultures and languages

What we're looking for

Qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field will have added advantage

At least 2-3 years of experience as a Class Teacher in an early childhood setting

Proficiency in teaching Mandarin as a second language

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents and the teaching team

Creativity, patience and a genuine passion for nurturing the growth and development of young learners

Familiarity with early childhood education best practices and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
