Job description

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a quantity surveyor (interior design) or in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal Mandarin, with the ability to communicate issues effectively to all levels of management.
• Ability to work well with suppliers and contractors, and demonstrate strong team spirit.
• Good attitude, self-motivated, and possessing critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Scope of Work:

• Preparing cost estimates based on design layouts and 3D visuals for proposals and tenders.
• Developing design proposals with bills of quantities for materials, labor, and equipment, along with all related documentation within deadlines.
• Coordinating site visits with suppliers and subcontractors to gather proposals and quotations.
• Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site.
• Undertaking additional duties as instructed by the Director.
• Arranging purchase and delivery for each awarded project proposal.
