Job summary

Timesfly International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to ensure safety compliance on construction sites and industrial operations. The role involves conducting regular safety inspections, enforcing PPE usage, and leading toolbox talks to foster a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, maintaining safety documentation, and developing safety plans and risk assessments. Strong communication in English, Malay, and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate/ Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or industrial site safety.
• Possess a valid Yellow Book.
• Knowledge of local HSE regulations (OSHA, DOSH, FMA, etc.).
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure, independently, and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure workers comply with safety rules and wear proper PPE.
• Carry out toolbox meetings and weekly safety talks.
• Investigate incidents or near-misses and prepare reports.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain safety documentation (permits, inspection records, reports).
• Develop and implement Site Safety Plan, Risk Assessments, Emergency Response Plan.
• Coordinate with DOSH and CIDB when required.
• Promote safety awareness among workers through campaigns and reminders.
