Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or SPM leavers are welcome; no experience required.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and serve customers.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve Mandarin-speaking customers and explain the menu accurately.
• Maintain service speed, quality, workflows, and floor layouts.
• Memorize manuals and communicate menu details to customers.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitary standards and a friendly attitude.
• Perform all service roles per SOP and assist with ad-hoc duties.
