Job summary

Nova Clinic in Malaysia seeks an experienced Medical Doctor capable of handling general practice and wellness/functional medicine cases. Mandarin-speaking doctors are preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

You will conduct general consultations, manage chronic conditions, oversee wellness programs, and collaborate with management, sales, and service teams to enhance patient care. MMC registration and APC are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required; ability to communicate in Mandarin essential to engage with Chinese-speaking patients.
• MMC registration with APC is required.
• Experience in general practice and/or wellness/functional medicine is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general consultations, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol).
• Perform health screenings, vaccinations, and minor procedures.
• Conduct functional medicine consultations and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Oversee IV drips, exosome therapy, and stem cell-related procedures.
• Develop evidence-based treatment programs for anti-aging, detox, fertility, and metabolic health.
• Drive medical service revenue including IV therapy, screenings, exosomes, and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with management, sales, operations, and customer service teams to improve patient retention and service uptake.
• Conduct internal clinical training for doctors and nurses.
