Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent,
• At least 2 years of experience in the event, interior design or architectural industries.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, kujiale (酷家乐), Photoshop, Sketchup
• Creative individual with a good design flair.
• Able to contribute ideas and design proposals.
• Organized, meticulous, and passionate about design.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Remuneration packages:

• Basic: SGD 2800 to SGD 3800
• Singapore Statutory Contributions will apply.
• Working Days: 5.5 days/week: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 9 – 6pm (Mon to Fri) and 9am to 1pm on Saturday (44 hours per week)

Scope:

Our Client is a Singapore-based Interior Design Firm established in 2021. Their philosophy revolves around being timely, efficient, and reliable.

They have completed a wide range of projects, including residential units such as landed houses and apartments, as well as commercial units like schools, shop houses, and offices.

Position: Designer

Location: Singapore (Postcode 318992)

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Design Manager and be part of the Design Team.
• Involved in design work for events, interior design, and collaboration with Architectural Firms.
• Able to complete multiple projects within deadlines.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and space functionality.
• Create design concepts, mood boards, and sketches to present ideas.
• Create technical drawings (floor plans, elevations) and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, kujiale (酷家乐), or Revit.
• Provide quotations for clients.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and proper execution.
• Attend site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
