Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work within a Singapore branch and proactively engage with customers.
• Approach new and existing customers to identify their financial needs.
• Understand customers' financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide information and advice on insurance and investment products.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads and conduct outbound calls where required.
• Process new applications and product changes accurately.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional banking and financial products.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales KPIs and targets.
