Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design.

· Highly creative with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.

· Exceptional visual communication skills, including proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or similar.

· Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

· Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality design deliverables under tight deadlines.

· Good communication skills in English, BM and Mandarin.

· Passionate about design trends and innovation.

· A Portfolio showcasing diverse and exceptional design work.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

· Basic : up to RM6000

Founded in 2010, our client is a prominent architectural and interior design firm, with a strong focus on healthcare architecture, based in PJ. They have successfully completed over 11 hospitals, four hotels, and more than 160 residential and commercial developments, amounting to a total project value exceeding RM1 billion.

Position: Architectural Designer
Located : Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:
· Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs aligned with client needs and project requirements.

· Prepare design presentations, including 3D visuals, renderings, and mood boards.

· Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design strategies.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including project architects and interior designers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.

· Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

· Regularly update clients on design progress and incorporate feedback into revisions.

Experience Required: Min 3 Years
