Join SITA as a Graduate Solution Engineer supporting airport technology solutions with a focus on networking and Mandarin language skills.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning SITA Airport solutions in detail, including functions and technical aspects
• Understanding customer aviation requirements
• Working with Mentor Solution Engineer to understand the SE environment and contribute to the SE team
• Creating solutions for simple customer requirements such as baggage solutions
• Writing simple technical proposals covering solution components, integration, and implementation approach
• Creating simple business cases including software, infrastructure solutions, and costing
• Presenting solutions, business cases, and proposals to senior SE and team manager
• Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and opportunities
• Supporting account teams or competency centers during pre-contract phases with technical designs and advice

About You

The company is looking for:

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Technologies, or Aviation
• 0-1 year of experience in the Information Technology industry
• Understanding of airport solutions including infrastructure and software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams across different time zones
• Mandarin language proficiency (implied by job title)
