Job description

i. Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat).

ii. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, providing product/services information, answering questions, and resolving any issues related to customer accounts, as well as managing warehousing and logistics roles as the Logistics Coordinator.

iii. Perform office-based administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

i. Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement. A master's degree or professional qualification is an advantage. Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply for junior or part-time positions, as training will be provided.

ii. Entry-level candidates with more than one year of customer service or contact center experience are desirable.

iii. Good communication skills, responsibility, patience, cheerfulness, positivity, enthusiasm for customer service are strongly encouraged.

iv. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients (Cantonese is an advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
