Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for reading and drafting documents
• Experience in sourcing information from various sources
• Strong Excel skills and data manipulation abilities
• Knowledge of financial markets or fixed income is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor sources for Fixed Income Data and ensure data quality
• Perform manual updates to data records
• Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with Content Management and Development teams
• Maintain effective communication with global LSEG teams and contribute to process improvements
• Provide feedback and reporting on service levels and data quality
