Job Description

Team Managers in this role get to:

  1. Assist, support, and coach sales personnel in performing daily sales activities.
  2. Identify individual and team training needs; create, develop, and implement sales strategies.
  3. Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies if needed.
  4. Evaluate employees’ performance after each training and follow through with training.
  5. Conduct huddles and upskilling sessions.
  6. Analyze trends and provide insights to the sales manager about observations from audits and coaching.
  7. Partner with Training in certifications required for upcoming trainings.
Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Team Manager in the contact center industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting a technical sales account in a contact center setting.
  • Experience and knowledge in sales with sales as the main KPI (Revenue per Call).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
  • Must be able to speak, write, and read Mandarin and Cantonese fluently; can speak English at an intermediate level.
