Managing Director / General Manager (Fintech Subsidiaries)

We are seeking senior management positions (MD/GM) for our subsidiaries reporting directly to Group CEO. The candidate will be involved in strategic planning and managing a new Fintech arm of a well established global banking software company focusing on Digital Banking ventures.

Job Scope:

• Formulate business strategies to grow the banking business aligned with short-term and long-term objectives.
• Oversee operations and business activities of the organization to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall corporate strategy.
• Grow the business to increase market share and ensure profitability and sustainability of business.
• Involve in cashflow planning and investment strategies to maximise ROI of the company.
• Make high-quality investment decisions to advance the business and increase profitability.
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
• Make sound decision and analytical judgement to ensure rapid & healthy company growth.
• Lead and inspire subordinates from various business units to develop a high performing managerial team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years working experience in IT or Banking industry with at least 5 years in reasonably senior position
• Proven experience in formulating profitable strategies and managing a large profit center of a bank or technology company
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles and in-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
• Familiar with banking operation practices and compliances in Southeast Asia countries
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Must be prepared to travel internationally
• Senior retirees from banks with top management experience will also be considered.
