Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the overall operations and management of the company, ensuring all departments function efficiently

· Develop and implement long-term strategic plans and annual business objectives

· Monitor the company’s financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective allocation of resources

· Improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance

· Lead the senior management team to align company goals with team performance

· Report to the Board of Directors on key performance indicators and business progress

Requirements / Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Law, or Finance

· Minimum of 8 years of senior management experience with proven leadership and decision-making skills

· Excellent communication, crisis management, and strategic thinking abilities

· Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written communication). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
