Job Description

Overview:

  • The Director is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Mun Global’s Group business, including M&A.
  • Define job authorities as per all QMS-related documents, if applicable.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities to increase market share through partnerships, M&A, or joint ventures.
  • Lead corporate initiatives involving the Mun Global Group.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s in Business is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience.
  • Proven success in regional/global business development, marketing, and supply chain/distribution management.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

  • Fluent in English, with reading and writing proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Energetic, analytical, and data-driven.
  • Strong business acumen with awareness of the global distribution landscape, especially in Asia Pacific.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C distribution within healthcare, medical consumables, or CPG sectors.
