Leads and directs the warehouse crew, enforcing security, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance for smooth operations.

Manages product flow, coordinating logistics for deliveries, and ensuring efficient picking for dispatch.

Businesses utilize data reporting and management systems to collect, analyze, and present information, aiding in everything from sales tracking to financial decisions and incident management.

Keeps operations efficient by staying current on industry trends, implementing cost-saving solutions, and collaborating across departments.

Carries out a comprehensive development program that includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and individual coaching sessions to empower the crew members to reach their full potential.

The incumbent is expected to fulfill additional duties beyond those explicitly listed in the job accountabilities. These additional tasks would be assigned by the management team as needed.
