We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing our design team to create compelling and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, technology, and project management, to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with our clients' business objectives and brand identities.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

1. Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality design work
2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals
3. Develop and maintain design standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects
4. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation and concept development to prototyping, user testing, and final delivery
5. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities
7. Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale and value of the design
8. Contribute to the growth and development of the design team by recruiting, hiring, and training new talent
9. Work closely with project managers to ensure that design deliverables are completed on time and within budget

WHO YOU ARE

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a digital consultancy or agency
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, including websites, mobile apps, and digital products
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
5. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders
8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
9. Passion for design and a strong desire to create exceptional user experiences
