6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a testing professional to join the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre. You will implement technology changes, review requirements from end-user perspectives, and ensure delivery through testing, training and documentation.

The role requires operations experience in cash management, trade finance, loans or channels, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Operations experience in Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, or Channels operations is required.
• Proficient computer skills are expected.
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand Business Requirements document.
• Participate in Functional Specs review to ensure requirements meet operations needs.
• Learn and master TOSCA tool used to design test cases and automate testing.
• Understand Test Case Design for the technology change.
• Drive testing delivery per test strategy and plan.
• Extend test case design in TOSCA for higher coverage.
• Create test data instances in TOSCA for multiple data combinations.
• Perform Exploratory Test Case execution.
• Automate Test Case in TOSCA for modules.
• Report defects and follow-up on resolutions.
• Conduct training for impacted operations and business users.
• Provide post-implementation support to operations users.

Job Description

You will be part of the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre that supports Cash Management/ Trade Finance/ Loans/ Channels Operations Centers, with effective implementation of Technology changes, reviewing Requirements from End User perspective, and ensure implementation through effective Testing, Training and Documentation.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Understand Business Requirements document
• Part icipate in Functional Specs document review to ensure functional requirements meet operation s and/ or business needs
• Learn and master TOSCA tool which is a software testing tool used at UOB to design test cases and automate end to end testing
• Understand Test Case Design developed in TOSCA for the technology change
• Drive testing delivery as per the test strategy and test plan
• Extend test case design in TOSCA for higher coverage
• Create instances in TOSCA for multiple test data combinations
• Perform Exploratory Test Case execution
• Perform Test Case automation in TOSCA for identified modules
• Report defects in tracking system and follow-through on defect resolution
• Conduct training to impacted operations and/ or business users
• Provide post-implementation support to operations users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Operations experience is a must (Cash Management/ Trade Finance/ Loans/ Channels operations)
• Proficient computer skills
