A leading international bank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional to support the implementation of the Basel 3.1 framework. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in banking or financial services and knowledge of Basel regulations. This role supports the implementation of the Basel III final reforms (Basel 3.1) framework across the Bank. This role involves coordination with stakeholders in Risk, Business, Basel 3.1 Project team to ensure regulatory requirements and timelines set by supervisory authorities are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesProjects & Process Improvement Initiatives
• Finance/Accounting/ Business related University Degree, OR ACCA/CFA/CPA/MIA qualification
• 7-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on Basel regulation or capital/risk management.
• Knowledge of Basel 3.1 standards on credit and CVA risk framework.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
