About the job

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for evaluating Total Rewards across the EMEA/APAC regions. This includes developing the strategy, design, and implementation of a comprehensive Total Rewards plan that can grow and develop with the organization. This person will provide expert guidance in classification, including salary and total rewards, provide benchmarking, market trends, design and modeling, analytics and reporting to assist leadership with aligning organizational structures to efficiently pursue organization goals. This role will participate in a global job architecture project to help establish total rewards fundamentals from a global perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement pay bands across the entire organization, ensuring fairness, equity, and competitiveness in compensation structures.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking exercises and develop competitive salary ranges and benefits offerings for the EMEA/APAC countries.
  • Bring thought leadership by participating in and obtaining buy-in for company total rewards philosophy that will scale with the company’s growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to re-design and evolve our short-term incentive plans to drive employee performance and engagement.
  • Conduct regular analysis of total rewards trends, market data, and industry best practices to ensure competitive total rewards offerings by countries we have team members in.
  • Help identify and configure HCM total rewards architecture to support managers and employees in benefits, merit and incentive planning.
  • Create, implement, and maintain job leveling guides to streamline career progression and internal equity.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams as well as leadership on total rewards-related matters including salary negotiations and rates for job offers.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, union and works council related laws and rules by country.
  • Coordinating with HRIS the management of total rewards tools (Dayforce system), including identification of system enhancements, testing, and incentive and merit administration.
  • Participating in global surveys, submission, and purchases; monitor and evaluate benchmark data, pay structures, economic trends & projections and recommend changes as appropriate to maintain a competitive market position and internal equity.
  • Supporting and/or leading special projects, as needed, such as acquisition integration, organizational re-structuring, systems implementation, global job architecture, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience overseeing total rewards function in the EMEA/APAC countries.
  • Must have strong English language skills (verbal and written) - Multi-lingual a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing total rewards strategies and programs in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Certified Total Rewards Professional (CCP) highly preferred
  • This new role either based in Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah or support remotely from Malaysia
