• Design and implement talent development and career development strategies to support organizational development goals.
• Identify skill and competencies gaps through ongoing assessment and analysis.
• Develop and deliver talent development and career development programs/initiatives for key talents, managers and employees.
• Provide and establish coaching and mentoring initiatives to employees to enhance their professional growth.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development and career development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development/career development to drive talent retention.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong facilitation skills with key stakeholders namely Head of Department and senior leadership team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to design and deliver talent development/career development initiatives.
