Role Purpose
The Recruitment Manager for Innovative Strategies at Malaysia Aviation Group plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent acquisition efforts. Qualifications & Working Experience

- A demonstrated track record of at least 5 years of experience in roles related to talent acquisition or other HR domains such as HR Business Partner, HR Talent Management, or HR Talent Outreach.
- This experience should have a strong emphasis on innovative strategies and talent acquisition. While not mandatory, prior experience in the aviation industry or a related field is considered highly advantageous.
