To oversee and manage the systems operations for inventory, stock accuracy, planogram updates, and price integrity, run daily operations routines efficiently and manage system associates.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage the systems team in ensuring accurate inventory management, daily gap scans, and stock-on-hand checks for both fresh and ambient products.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels and product movement.

Coordinate with the inventory team to identify and resolve stock discrepancies, gaps, and inventory variances.

Ensure that planogram changes are accurately reflected in the inventory systems and are aligned with the layout.

Monitor and ensure price integrity across systems, ensuring prices are consistent and in line with promotions or changes and correct price labels are displayed on shelf at all times.

Analyze inventory and sales data to improve stock management processes and reduce stockouts or overstocking.

Provide guidance and training to the systems team to improve system usage and ensure operational excellence.

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless inventory and stock management across all platforms.

Able to multitask and run additional request from HQ accordingly.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, systems operations, or a related field, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of inventory systems, daily gap scans, planogram management, and price integrity practices.

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills to guide a team and resolve issues quickly.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage cross-functional projects.
