Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Bank's and Card Business profitability by achieving multi-channel sales targets on card acquisitions.
  • Participate proactively in joint discussions with each channel to develop sales plans and strategies for cards.
  • Work with managers to plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities according to the sales plan and strategy.
  • Manage, coordinate, and synergize events for card sales acquisition.
  • Provide support to channels to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and update monthly sales plans and report to line managers in a timely manner.

Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct

  • Maintain a professional appearance and approach both on and off business hours.
  • Observe all laws and regulations governing the Bank's business and profession.
  • Treat all customer information as confidential.
  • Comply with POPA 2010, FSA 2013, and other relevant acts as regulated by authorities.
  • Perform any other tasks as instructed by management.

Complaint Handling

  • Ensure all complaints are escalated to the direct supervisor and handled according to internal guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or higher in related fields.
  • Be sales-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
  • Skilled in building relationships across channels, coaching, and managing processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
