Manager - Supply Planning

Main responsibilities:

• Generates supply plans (inventory, production and supply), in line with business plan, budget, demand plan and main bottle necks in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
• Generates and discusses alternative scenarios on the supply plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and cost.
• Improves planning performance by identifying gaps between actual and required performance and discusses and updates planning parameters accordingly (OPI, stock levels, lot size).
• Initiates, implements and embeds improvements to production and supply planning processes and procedures and supports TPM initiatives.

Requirements:

• Level of education: Bachelor Degree of Business Studies & Administration, Logistic Management, Supply Chain and other professional qualification.
• Field of education: Logistic, Supply Chain, Planning.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field, production & material planning.
• Language: English (Spoken & Written).
• Skills: Preferably experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Production environment (supervisor or similar role).
  • Distribution and Planning activities.
  • Project management or active team member in supply chain planning projects.
• Technical skills:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  • SAP and FuturMaster knowledge is an advantage.
