Generates supply plans (inventory, production and supply), in line with business plan, budget, demand plan and main bottle necks in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
Generates and discusses alternative scenarios on the supply plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and cost.
Improves planning performance by identifying gaps between actual and required performance and discusses and updates planning parameters accordingly (OPI, stock levels, lot size).
Initiates, implements and embeds improvements to production and supply planning processes and procedures and supports TPM initiatives.
Requirements:
Level of education: Bachelor Degree of Business Studies & Administration, Logistic Management, Supply Chain and other professional qualification.
Field of education: Logistic, Supply Chain, Planning.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field, production & material planning.
Language: English (Spoken & Written).
Skills: Preferably experience in one or more of the following areas:
Production environment (supervisor or similar role).
Distribution and Planning activities.
Project management or active team member in supply chain planning projects.
Technical skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
