This role ensures end-to-end supply integrated planning with optimal production, inventory, and service levels across a complex network of in-house facilities and third-party partners.

It involves strong supply integrated planning, ensuring automation in SAP S/4Hana, and understanding planning challenges such as shelf-life, high SKU counts, seasonality, and agile coordination with external production partners.

The role is key in driving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring product availability, inventory efficiency, and seamless supply chain execution.

A. Supply Integrated Planning

Responsible for developing and maintaining rolling supply plans balancing demand forecasts with production capacity, inventory targets, material availability, and service levels.

Translate demand signals into actionable production plans considering shelf-life, lead times, supply constraints, and scheduling flexibility.

Optimize production plans, including sequencing and batching, to minimize changeovers and increase efficiency, considering variants, packaging, and SKUs.

Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple distribution centers, ensuring high service levels and cost efficiency.

Lead Supply Review in the S&OP process, delivering productivity, visibility to constraints, risks, and mitigation plans.

Collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial, and Finance teams to align forecasts, prepare WHAT IF scenarios, capacity analysis, and risk assessments for decision-making in monthly S&OP meetings.

B. Inventory & Shelf-Life Management

Define and manage inventory policies biannually or quarterly, including safety stock strategies and replenishment parameters by product category.

Optimize inventory of finished goods and raw materials, minimizing stockouts and obsolescence while delivering service.

Drive SKU rationalization, support new product launches, and lifecycle management to minimize write-offs.

Manage inventory levels across manufacturing plants, maintain and improve planning master data, and ensure timely SKU discontinuation in SAP.

Harmonize materials across markets to reduce SKUs, leverage MOQ, and eliminate write-offs.

Drive automation, digitization, and standardization of planning processes and tools, utilizing ERP, MRP, and systems like S4 Hana, Excel, Power BI, and KNIME.

Conduct root cause analysis for service failures, disruptions, and inventory issues; implement corrective actions.

Own and measure KPIs such as capacity utilization, service level, fill rate, stock cover, and OOS analysis.

Provide coaching, support team growth, and guide career development.

The duties are subject to change based on business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

8–10 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or manufacturing planning, preferably in FMCG or food industry, with experience managing co-packers or contract manufacturers.
