Job Title: Head of Supply Chain Management

We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain Management to join our dynamic leadership team and drive end-to-end supply chain performance in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the entire supply chain function, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
2. Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid production disruptions.
3. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical operations.
4. Collaborate closely with Production, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to support business goals.
5. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supply chain digitization, and process automation.
6. Develop strategic relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliability, quality, and performance.
7. Prepare and manage the supply chain budget, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
3. Strong understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and international logistics.
4. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
5. Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP systems and data-driven decision-making.
